Call to Order:                   The meeting was called to order at 7.00 by Club

                                          President Dana Jones.

OLD BUSINESS

 

Minutes:                            Motion made, and seconded to approve October 8th, 2007, meeting minutes.

                                   

Treasurer’s Report:          Jim Poe- Started with $3594.71. Total 50/50 raffle deposit was $93.00, membership dues $60.00 With an ending balance of $3747.71.

 

                                               

Secretary:                        Vicky Gray- nothing to report.

 

                                      

Clothing:                           Anne Jones –2 Catalogs are available for anyone interested in ordering clothing.                           

 

Webmaster:                      Pete Ruff – Website is up to date with the events.  

 

                                         

 

Historian:                         Keith Becky-The club historian is history. Thanks Keith.

 

 

                                        Markleeville Fall Leaves Run. – Cancelled due to weather.

                                        

                                        Hooked on Corvettes track day-4 members attended this event.

                                        MSI’s Yellow Corvette was fast going 215 mph on the track.

 

 

                                        NEW BUSINESS

S December 2nd, 2007:   Placerville Christmas Parade-(George Goolsby) we have 12 cars confirmed so far. We will meet at Grocery Outlet at 10.30 and be in position at 11.00. George will send emails to confirm.

 

S December 8th, 2007:    CPCC Christmas Party- (Barbara Collier) so far we have 60 people attending. Cutoff date to pay for the party is December 1st. Please contact Barbara Collier or Vickie Braithwaite if you wish to attend and have not yet paid . The price is $10.00 per person, Club voted to pay for $600.00 in raffle prizes, $600.00 for Alcohol and $100.00 for decorations.  We are collecting donations for raffle prizes as well. If you have any donations contact Barbara or Vickie.
