MEETING MINUTES / NOVEMBER 11, 2008

Call to order: Meeting was called to order at 7PM by President Dana Jones

Minutes: Motion made, and seconded to approve the October 2008 minutes

Treasure’s Report: Jim Poe reported that the balance in the account is $2954.95

Webmaster: Pete has posted in event info for 2009

Old Business: October 25, 2008- Highway 88 Run (John and Kathy Reese) John reported that it was a good run. Group split up and took a couple of routes home.

November 8, 2008 – Sacramento Car Show (Ron Niemi) 5 cars went on a run to the show.

New Business: December 6, 2008-NorCal Toy Run from Mather Field(no hosts at this time)

December 7, 2008- Placerville Christmas Parade (no club hosts at this time)

December 13, 2008 – Christmas Party (Vicki Braithwaite & Barbara Collier) 40 people are attending as of the start of the meeting. $30 per person for non members, $30 per couple for members. Still need donations for prizes.
