a. Oct 15 (Sat) Fall Colors Run, Hope Valley. Hosted by Robert Elliott

15 Club cars participated - good run

b. Nov 5 (Sat) Vettes for Vets All Corvette Show - Sacramento. Hosted by Phil Fischbach

12 Club cars participated; estimate approximately 200 cars at show; Miguel won President's award. A little chilly but a nice show.

Secretary: Cathleen Fischbach (with Barbara Collier and Vicki Braithwaite volunteering to help - thanks!)

Treasurer: Peggy Sue Croswhite (with Bill Mueller volunteering to back up as needed)

b. Suggest clarification and documentation of election process in the by-laws. Proposed meeting of the club officers to discuss and develop proposal. Discuss at next meeting for a vote at February's meeting.

c. Motion to make Bob and Mary Graham founding members

Dec 10 (Sat) Annual Club Christmas Part - hosted by Vicki Braithwaite and Barbara Collier. Best Western Hotel, Placerville.

Daryl Partlow will DJ. Payment and final headcount is needed by December 1st.

May 4 - 6, 2012 4th Annual Monterey Coast Corvette Cruise, Monterey CA. No club host at this time (listed but not specifically discussed)

May 11 & 12 American Le Mans Series as Montery - No club host at this time (mentioned but not discussed)

June 21-24, 2012 Corvettes at Lake Tahoe,   Stateline, NV - No club host at this time (listed but not specifically discussed)

7. FLOOR OPEN TO MEMBERS

a. Ideas and volunteers for new events or runs

b. Phil Fischbach suggested that photos of cars on the web site include the members in the photo

c. Carol Mueller suggested including photo of members in the roster. Barbara volunteered to start a photo roster committee.

d. Michele Stewart suggested "business cards" for the club with meeting information (without any individuals name/info). George mentioned that the printer on Cameron Park Drive has our card on file.

8. FOR THE GOOD OF THE ORDER - Phil Fischbach

a. John Reese expressed his thanks to Vicki and Barbara for organizing the Christmas Party every year. Always a great event.

b. Sunday, November 13 Joanne and Randy Bisbee's 33rd anniversary

c. Sarah Croswhite is on her way to her new job in Flagstaff
