OLD BUSINESS a. Sep 17 Picnic at Mueller's, Great
turnout, beautiful day. Several
commented that the Mueller's home is a great place for a picnic. The Croswhite's
thanked Bill and Caol for making the event very
"Peggy Sue friendly". Bob
particularly enjoyed playing with the cows and the electric fence. b. Sep 17 VFW Classic Car Show, Pete
shared that Miguel won 1st in class (not sure what the class was) c. Sep 17 Chili Cook Off &
Classic Care Show, Cameron Park No

Annual Show N' Shine and Fly-In, Cameron Park Airpark. Hosted by Tom Krakker Nice
turn out - 10 cub cars. There were
more than 200 cars and lots of planes participating in the show. John and Sue Cook hosted the club cars in
front of their home and provided shade, lunch and places to sit overlooking
where our cars were parked. Phil won "Best
2 Seater".
Some of the highlights of the show were the war plane flyovers and the
6 Deloreans that attended. 5. NEW BUSINESS - Upcoming Events

Colors Run, Show
of hands shows a lot of interest. With

Second: Phil 7. FLOOR OPEN TO MEMBERS a. Ideas and volunteers for new events or runs b. Club dues - Phil Fischbach, etal $1,000 more in the bank now compared to
same time last year after paying for the Angels camp picnic. Phil suggests we revisit the $50 dues for
2012. Sue suggests having the club pay
cost of renting tables and chairs for club events. Several suggestions were
made for 2012 dues -
$30 single/$50 double (Les Osterreich); -
$20 single/$40 double (Peggy Sue). Motion
made to set 2012 dues at $20 for single/$40 for double: Mary Graham, Second:
Jon Svilich.
Vote: Aye - all; Nay - 0 Peggy Sue will amend the by-laws. c. Proposal to making the Alcarez's
as Club Founding Members - Peggy Sue Croswhite Proposal was withdrawn
as the Alcarez's are not founding members. Motion was made to make Bob and Mary
founding members. Will be put on next
month's agenda. 8.
