Call to Order:                The meeting was called to order at 7.00 by Club

OLD BUSINESS

Minutes:                        Motion made, and seconded to approve June 12th, 2007, meeting minutes.

Treasurer’s Report:      Jim Poe- We received $60.00 in membership dues, Total 50/50 raffle deposit was $135.00. Total expenses $709.13 With an ending balance of $3795.64.

Secretary:                       Vicky Gray- Attendance sheet is being circulated , Please sign in,

Clothing:                       Anne Jones – 2 Catalogs are available for anyone interested in ordering clothing.  Name Tags are available for $10.73 each. See Anne for ordering.

Webmaster:                   Pete Ruff – As of July 4^th ,2007 anyone that has not paid

Membership dues will be deleted from the email list. Club voted to reimburse Keith Becky $50.00 for gas expenses for the Angels Camp Picnic.

June 17th, 2007:  Leddingtons BBQ – (Bill & Cheryl Leddington) –Everyone had a really good time at the Leddingtons BBQ, Good food, Swimming, They have a great party pad.

June 29-July 1^st, 2007 Corvettes at Tahoe-(Steve & Joanne Marsullo) This event was cancelled due to the Forest Fire. A few of us still went and we had a good time and beautiful weather.

July 4th, 2007:      July 4^th Annual Picnic–George Goolsby-Barbara Collier

This event had a low attendance this year and very little parking. Next year we may have the picnic on a different date and possibly a new location. Barbara will check on the MS Dixie cruise in lake Tahoe for next year as a possible 4^th of July event. More details to follow.

July 13-15, 2007:            SOCA Corvette Weekend-(George Goolsby- Bob & Mary Graham)-This year’s event is centered on the Riverside Inn & Riverside Park in Grants Pass, Oregon.  We will meet at Starbucks in El Dorado Hills and plan on stopping at Granzellas in Williams for breakfast. Complete Details can be found on the events site.

July 19- 21, 2007:         Vette Fest – Boise Idaho –(No Club Host at this time)This is very fun event. More details as they become available.

July 28, 2007: Cruisin for Cops Custom Car Show-(Harland Dains) This is a custom car & bike show sponsored by the Sacramento Law Enforcement Chaplaincy. More info and registration can be found on the events page.

July 29, 2007:                Big Trees Picnic – Arnold, Ca (George Goolsby) –We will meet at Safeway at 9.00 and will have a Bar-b-que picnic lunch. NY Steak and Chicken Sandwiches. Email George for more information.

August 17-19, 2007:     Laguna Seca Monterey Historic Races ( Larry Savio)-

More details to follow.

August 18^th, 2007:    Black Hawk Museum- Danville, Ca (Dan & Laura Groat) Flyers & Signup sheet is available at the meeting. We will meet at The Groats house and stop along the way for lunch. Please sign up by Aug 1^st, More details to follow.

August 24-26, 2007:   Infineon Raceway NASCAR-(Larry Savio) –Nascar road race.  More details to follow.

S September 3, 2007:       Annual Labor Day Parade-Diamond Springs - No club Host at this time. Details as they become available.

September 28-29, 2007: Summer End Gathering-All Corvettes- All Colors- More details as they become available.

September 29, 2007: Annual Show & Shine- Cameron Park (Tom Learned) more details as they become available.

October, 5-7, 2007:        Mendocino Little River Run-(Clemens & Colliers) – We have 15 rooms booked and 15 cars attending this event. We will leave Friday @ 8.00 and stop in Hillsburg for lunch before continuing on to Little River. Saturday we will have a run to the redwoods and wine tasting. On Sunday dinner at Ft Bragg before we head for home on Monday. Other rooms in the hotel are available if more people are interested. The 15 rooms are in a single block facing the ocean.

October 7th, 2007:          Hope Valley Fall Leaves Run- (George Goolsby) - More details to follow.

December 2, 2007:         Placerville Christmas Parade-(George Goolsby) –Details as they become available.

December 8, 2007:         Annual CPCC Christmas Party- (Barbara Collier) – Keith Becky will cook for the club at the Christmas party. More details to follow.

FLOOR OPEN TO MEMBERS

N New Events/Runs       Barbara Collier suggested that we should either move the 4^th of July picnic date next year or possibly have it in Lake Tahoe on the Ms Dixie cruise.

Next Meeting   August 14th, 2007 at Denny’s.
