CAMERON PARK CORVETTE CLUB Meeting Minutes / Call to Order: The meeting was called

Slack Guests: None OLD BUSINESS Minutes: Motion to approve the Treasurer’s Report: Report given by Jim
Poe. Started the month with a balance
of $3, 469.29 with multiple deposits bringing the balance to $3.163.00. Jim will send a Year end report which will
go out to members via email. A
motion was made, seconded and approved to reimburse Keith Becky $24.37 for
photo albums. Remember
to pay your club dues. Secretary: Nothing
to report. Clothing: Report
given by Anne Jones – Orders were picked up by the deadline, but Anne is not
happy with the vendor. She suggests we
go back to the old vendor or find an alternate. The old vendor does not know we left him;
she can call and see if he will take orders.
The set up fee for this last vendor was not yet paid and Anne does not
intend to pay it. Motion was made,
seconded and approved to have Anne use her judgment in what vendor we should
use. Webmaster: Report given by Pete Ruff –Christmas Party and Christmas Parade photos
will be posted on the web. The
email page on the web has an option to print out a list of club members email
addresses. Pete will remove that
option. The club roster provides members
email addresses. Be sure to keep your
information current. The club roster
will be sent out via email to members.
There is a new web page for those with dial up service. www.cameronparkcorvettes.org/ng
. The page does not have graphics or
photos. There
is also a “thank you” page on the web that lists the businesses and
principals of businesses who donated to the Christmas party raffle. Be sure to check out the page and when you
visit their businesses thank them. All
who donated have been sent thank you cards; however they appreciate it when
you thank them in person. Historian: Report given by Keith Becky – There were two sets of photos circulating
around the room from the Christmas Party. NEW BUSINESS Vice President, Events Coordinator: George
Goolsby April 2006 Wine Tour, October 5-8, 2006 Corvette Roulette, Las
Vegas CA – Las Vegas Corvettes – Shannon will get the flyer to Pete to post
on the web October 2006 Annual Show &
Shine/Fly-In at Cameron Park Airpark, CA – Phil will host this event. Will raise the canopy early, it’s hot. December 2006 Annual CPCC Christmas
Party (Barbara Rodgers, George Goolsby, Shaylynne Slack, Keith Becky) We need to choose a date for
this. Consensus was to have the party
on December 9th. FLOOR OPEN TO MEMBERS New Events/runs: Vicki Braithwaite will
host a BBQ at her house in the warm weather, possibly end of August. She will get a date. Will Keith BBQ? Time will be Next Meeting: Next meeting lands on
Valentine’s day. Stan will check with
Denny’s to see if we can hold the meeting on Monday, the 13th
. Closing: Motion was made,
