BUSINESS Minutes:
Motion to approve the November 14th
meeting minutes was seconded and
approved.
Treasurer’s Report: Total
income from Christmas party was $1440.00

attendance in the minutes.

The Christmas party was lots of
fun this year.
Great music, Raffle prizes, dancing. We will be
using the same band for this years Christmas party. Party expenses went over
budget by $189.00 this year.
Club voted to reimburse Shaleen and Rick for the excess
expenses. Date for 2007 Christmas
Party to be discussed
at the Event Planning Session.
NEW BUSINESS Vice President, Events
Coordinator:
Vicki Braithwaite An Event Planning Session at her house at
She will serve a big pot of spaghetti and everyone can bring either and appetizer
or desert. Please RSVP by Email or Phone to let her
know if you can attend this event.
The date has been set for this event. Mark your Calenders
now. More details to follow. FLOOR OPEN TO MEMBERS New Events/Runs: Overnight
Run We will do this run again in September, Dates and
Details to Follow.
DUES: Membership
dues are due. See Jim Poe to Pay your dues. Also please let Pete Ruff know if you have any changes to your email address
or phone numbers so we can keep everyone updated
on news, events, or club meetings. SPONSORSHIP: There
was a general discussion about sponsorship. Family Chevrolet
has not come through with any sponsorship funds for 2006 or
2007. Also Corvette care did not make any contributions for
sponsorship. Motion was made, seconded and approved to drop both Family
Chevrolet and Corvette Care as sponsors and remove them
from the website.
We are still looking for a new Facility to have the
club meetings,
please bring all ideas, suggestions to next months meeting
